  • For groups over four please call for reservations.
  • Reservations need to be made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • All reservations must be made with a major credit card.
  • Luggage is limited to one briefcase and one fold over bag, not to exceed 25 pounds, total weight.
  • Excess baggage will be considered as additional fare and charged accordingly.
  • We now accept credit cards.

All flights are subject to availability.
Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice in order to change or cancel your reservation. Flights cancelled with less than 24 hours affect other guests booked on the flight and don't allow enough time to resell the cancelled seats. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. If you need to change or cancel your reservation please provide us with 24 hours notice prior to your tour time and we will be happy to accommodate you.

If you decide to cancel or change your reservation, we require a Reference Number or Order ID and the credit card number used at the time of the reservation.

All flights are weather permitting. If for any reason a flight was cancelled by East End Helicopters due to the weather, your ticket will be fully refunded or you may choose to re-schedule your flight plans.

Please note that flight route and destinations may be changed due to weather conditions.

Cancellations can be due to unforeseen weather conditions including but not limited to precipitation, winds, and low visibility in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and East End Helicopter, LLC. policy.
